Various online tools and Web sites allow us to connect with minimal effort or cost. Are you keeping up with the technology and the opportunities to connect? Read Communicating Across the Digital Divide (page 16) to learn about the various online tools including chat software, photos and graphics, and social networking sites. You may want to implement the tools in your business communications or at home to keep an eye on what is happening in the lives of your teens or relatives and friends far away or right in town that you don’t see very often.
