You could also take a memorable outing to Stone Mountain Park, Georgia’s most-visited attraction, or visit Centennial Olympic Park, the site of the 1996 Olympic Games. There are plenty of activities to keep everybody engaged and entertained. If you have kids along, consider hiring a babysitter one night at your hotel, so the adults can get out and play.
If you and your special someone want a getaway, perhaps from the kids, you might enjoy other types of activities. Options to consider include a visit to the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site, the College Football Hall of Fame, the Atlanta History Center or even a tour of the Jimmy Carter Library & Museum.
